It’s impossible to understand the strength of a Rottweiler unless you’ve felt it. They’re effortlessly powerful. My five month old Rottweiler puppy would play tug with my full grown male boxer and drag him all around the house like it was nothing. As strong as they look, they’re way stronger than you’d think by looking at them. I’d call it ” BEAST STRENGTH”. Watch some Schutzhund videos of Rottweilers hitting the “bad guy” and throwing these big guys around like rag dolls. There’s a video on YouTube called The Incredible Bite Strength of Rottweilers, check that one out too.
That said , you’ll never have a sweeter , more good natured , more loving , or more intelligent dog. Rottweilers love their people with all of their heart.
